Once we’re ready to move forward, we get to work. I’ll research destinations, accommodations, experiences, transportation, and other trip details based on everything we’ve discussed.

You’ll receive a personalized proposal with carefully selected options that align with your preferences, priorities, and budget. We’ll review the details together and make adjustments as needed.

For destination weddings, 6–12 months is ideal because guest logistics and venue availability require lead time. For honeymoons and romantic getaways, 3–6 months gives us room to do this properly. That said, if your timeline is tighter, reach out anyway. We'll tell you honestly what's still possible.

Depends on the service. A honeymoon itinerary typically takes 2–3 weeks from consultation to final plan. Destination wedding coordination runs the length of your engagement.

Both. REYA handles research, recommendations, and can manage bookings directly on your behalf.

No hidden fees. REYA earns through planning fees only. Some hotel partners offer commissions that never affect what you pay.

REYA is best suited for trips in the $5,000–$15,000+ range. If you're not sure if you're the right fit, the consultation will tell us both.
